I really enjoyed working with Robert Ferger at Mutual of Omaha. Rob was always responsive and timely throughout the home shopping and loan process. The process was super efficient; the software was set up logically to get all the information needed up-front, and Rob's team was on it really fast. Everything was wrapped up comfortably ahead of time (none of that last-minute document request silliness that seems to unfortunately be the norm for home lenders).
