Good communication and patients regarding gathering documentation, Eric was professional and courteous throughout the process and went the extra mile to help locate hard to get information such as forms on line instead of waiting for a response from the previous lender that did not seem to think there was any urgency in responding to my requests.

I was refinancing and this was my first time using lending tree and first time hearing of Wyndham. The rate almost seemed too good to be true, so I thought there would be a catch along the way. But everything went smoothly, and Ryan was knowledgeable, clear, and very responsive throughout. We closed without issues and I'd pick him again no question.

Working with Jake was the best experience we have had in 30 years of buying or refinancing homes! We have 6 homes and have refinanced, bought and sold. No company was as effortless, professional, honest and responsive as him. For the first time ever our rate was even lower than we started out with. We have had rate locks expire and when rates were lowered companies in the past did not honor that. We will use Jake, his team and company for all of our mortgage needs in the future!
