If my memory is correct, Mark is the fourth lender I've worked with - so I have some comparison between experiences. Long story short, Mark is the best. Mark was beyond responsive at all hours of the day and night. I knew exactly what was needed on both the borrower and the lender side at all times. Everything was completed in remarkable time.
