Nathan was there for us from the very beginning. We were not even thinking of refinancing when we first spoke, but he was able to come up with a good option for us with the extra cost of solar. He was able to answer all of our questions, and let us know we could contact him if we needed anything. The whole process was pretty easy and quick, closing in just about thirty days.
