Broc Penner, guided me through the refinancing process. He was simply superb in his dilligence, commitment, and follow-through. He never failed to return my emails or my phone calls, even when he was on vacation. He is simply the best at his job and I would not hesitate to use Broc and Cardinal Financial in the future. I have used other Mortgage companies in the past, but working with Broc and Cardinal is the best mortgage and refinancing experience that I have ever had.
