Nathan and his team were very communicative. Nathan clearly knows loans and what he is doing. We tried twice within the last 8 months to refinance and were unable to with other companies, Nathan and Loanpal made it possible.

Broc Penner was great. There were some issues not in Broc's control like the notary sucked! Closing got pushed a month (not because of Broc). Funding took a long time and I had to scramble to get bills paid because of the delays. Broc was totally awesome and I will recommend him if I get the chance!!!
