You made it easy and knowing you are reliable was good reassurance that you were doing well in my interest. However, I am a little disapointed that my savings did not result in the amount estimated to me and seeing the costs for refinancing, it will take me 5 years to break even. I think you should help people figure that out prior to their making a decision about refinancing. But, having said that, you made everything easy to accomplish. Thank you.

Justin always made himself available to us if we called and worked hard to get answers to our questions. Felt he was knowledgeable and skilled in what he does.
