I did a pair of refinances with Nathan. He was knowledgeable, professional, and proactive. Upon completing the initial refinance, Nathan assured me that I would be contacted in 6 months to review status and, if available, offered a more advantageous loan. Sure enough, 182 days later, Nathan called to inform me that rates were, in fact, more desirable (I was satisfied by my recently obtained loan, by the way), and better options were available for me.
