Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people. The process is so streamlined compared to previous experiences. The E- signing was really fast, convenient and easy, while still allowing me to see all related docs and yet still ask any questions needed. At closing, the notary came to me! Loan costs were quite reasonable. The appraisal cost was $158.00 over what goodleap estimated. And they paid the overage! This evidences great integrity.
