I think Thomas went above and beyond he answered the phone on the weekends just to settle the nerves of my mother and stepfather down, answered all her questions. All of my questions made it quick and painless. I just think he went above and beyond not one time did he not get back to me within 10 minutes from my phone call or he just answered it or text me that he was on the other line and he would call me back at a few.
