Lack of communication. Received final closing statements after COB the day before an early morning closing. No communication between 1031 exchange company and this team. Resulted in hiccups and lack of communication around amount to close even with clear instructions given at beginning of process. Worst experience I’ve had in the 10+ home closures in the last 5 years.

Everyone was professional and prompt to reply to questions. However, there were many people working on my paperwork behind the scenes and it was confusing who I needed to communicate with. It also seemed like not all team members were talking and knew who was doing what. I did not receive wire transfer instructions until morning of the signing. This was frustrating and they acted confused why this was not completed ahead of time.

When the closing date was fast approaching the team did a great job of getting things done and making sure we had everything ready. Also, they worked very diligently on getting the spot approval from HUD .

I just would have liked to meet Ken at least once. Having everything online now is so convenient but takes the away from the personal relationship. Other than that everything was great and closing was so fast and easy

If this is for Dearborn Path, our biggest concern was that you didn't know about your buyer's name change, which has delayed our closing by at least 24 hours ( not sure yet because we are still waiting to close)

I believe sending out a pre approval letter that States A buyeris approved for a 10% down conventional loan and then switching the loan and not letting the listing agent know is akin to fraud. Totally unacceptable and you knew about it from Pretty early in the transaction because we can see when the buyer signed the amendatory clause. Totally unacceptable.
