Ken and his team came highly recommended from my friends and family. From the start he was extremely responsive to any questions I had. He provided guidance on what would work best for me and helped us when our situation wasn't perfect to get us to the finish line. Our realator said Ken is probably the best loan officer she has ever worked with and I agree completely.

Ken was always prompt in answering me even on nights and weekends (sorry). He really knows his stuff. Underwriting was quick and thorough with only 1 request for additional info on top of standard request. Processor was prompt and knowledgeable. All around great experience!
