Our first contact with ken was late in the evening. Which worked great for me. He collected some information on the phone and got things moving. Within the next day or two, we were preapproved for our loan and things were moving along smoothly. My wife could not believe how fast the processing was moving forward. I am very grateful that we were introduced to him. Sold!
