Ken makes this process very simple. Unfortunately Ken was ill as we got down into crunch time for the closing of our loan. He remained communicative despite this challenge, and overall my experience was positive despite the slowing of communication around Closing Day. I will continue to contact Ken for my own needs and am excited to refer friends to him in the future.
