Great experience. Very proactive communication, patient, and extremely responsive. The app made uploading and signed documents very easy. We were pleased and would highly recommend.
The loan process was not always good and easy. I ended up with about 3 different applications going and 2 were to be cancelled but never were while I was trying to get the loan. This was frustrating. I chose Mutual of Omaha because I have used them in the past.
