Good Experience Overall We worked with Chad throughout our mortgage process. He always responded super quickly to our questions. The only reason I am deducting a star from the review is that some of the paperwork had errors that took a while to get sorted out or just ended up being more complicated than it needed to be.

My loan officer kept in contact with me during the process and did a wonderful job at explaining things further that I had questions on during the closing process.
