Great Experience with Paul Otto Paul was excellent to work with. The process of buying a house can be super stressful but it makes a big difference to have someone like Paul who is attentive and stays on top of things. I had a lot of questions. Great customer service from start to finish! Aaron Bayles is a great loan officer, he was very professional from start to finish! He answered all my little questions along with the big ones. He worked hard to get my loan closed in a timely matter even when things like the appraisal was out of his hands. He continues to work hard and answer my questions even after my loan had closed! I highly recommend Aaron Bayles as your loan officer!!
