Stress free and easy experience!! I Met Maricia by telephone conference a few weeks ago. She was great, very helpful, patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and her crew, Brock and Chad ...I would highly recommend the team and definitely refer a friend! My process was smoothe, easy and fast !

Jeremy did a great! Job getting us through all the hoops. This was a rather difficult process because we needed additional insurance based on its location, But Jeremy and his team were wonderful, and really work their tails off to make this happen for us. A refreshing alternative to the regular - past experiences with loan hunting I knew that I wanted to convert my variable rate LOC against my house to a fixed rate , fixed payment mortgage during my move into retirement and a fixed income.
