Josh is truly the best and makes the process so easy. This was our second time working with him on a mortgage loan and we'd recommend him to anyone. We were out of the country the week prior to closing and I was VERY stressed about tying up loose ends, but Josh reassured me that everything was under control and we were able to enjoy the trip.
