After having a lot of trouble getting responses back from another loan officer at a different bank and being told I might have to pay 14k out of pocket for closing, I contacted Josh who replied back to me so quickly I thought he might be a robot. Every time I've needed to ask him something , Josh has responded very quickly and professionally. Josh was very quick and helpful from start to finish. Going out of his way to get us on the right track to buying our first home.
