Jackie was pleasant to work with and took time in explaining the steps and processes, starting with the loan application to the pre approval, through all steps with getting approved, and the closing. She was very patient with us newbies, very knowledgeable, thorough and quick to respond and answer any question. She worked hard in helping us achieve our goal buying a house.

I was referred to Josh Jackson at MSI from my agent and I am so thankful that I was. As a first time home buyer and totally naive to the process I asked a lot of questions or didn’t ask questions that I should have, however Josh walked me through the entire process never seeming to lose patience or get frustrated with my constant questions.
