We were told that we would qualify for a tax credit, and we found out the week before closing that was not the case. That was the primary reason we chose MSI. Also, we were given a few quotes for the monthly payment with PMI. We recieved the closing disclosure form with our final monthly payment, the PMI had more than doubled. It turns out that original quote was an error. I would have appreciated more accuracy in the proccess when making an important financial decision.
