I think Josh communicated a lot and in a very timely manner. However, there was more than once that we asked for specific numbers and didn't get them. He sent a bunch of numbers, but they were not what we specifically asked for. I think the down payment increments were not correct and interest rate was and then the next time the down payment increments were curvy, but the interest rate wasn't.
