This was my first time selling a house. Sharterra made this very easy and fast! In a matter of a few days she had a buyer and helped me with process. Sharterra responded to both emails and texts timely and showed me how dedicated in helping sell my house.

I couldn’t say enough excellent things about Andres Lizarazo, character, work ethic, dependability, knowledge about the field, patience, and straight up customer support. He was my listing agent, I asked for the quickest possible closing and the most we could get. The house was listed for 6 days as we wanted to go over all offers and got above the asking price and closed in 29 days.
