Dental work and staff was great, but long wait times half hour in car at first and a lot of wait times in back. Would like to see that improved. Staff did apologized.

Was a different teeth cleaning that I’m used to back home. The dentist never looked at my teeth after cleaning. The hygienist said she wasn’t going to do the teeth polishing part of the cleaning. And when the hygienist was flossing my teeth one of my fillings broke off. The customer service is great!! I am new to Florida vs Syracuse New York so maybe this is the teeth cleaning g approach here.

I would feel much more comfortable if the young man who performs the Xrays, preps the rooms for the dentist, & etc. refrain from providing his opinions as to my dental condition/situation while I wait to see the dentist. I would prefer to receive all of my dental care & procedure information from trained & license dental care professionals.
In my opinion this dentist is a rip off artist. Stay away unless you like over paying for sloppy work that the Dentist doesn't stand behind! I would give no stars but its not an option. I had a crown put on a few months ago. It started hurting this past week. When I went in I was informed the crown has lifted and needed to be filed down Me: Okay, doesn't that mean that its coming loose from my tooth and it needs to be taken off and reset properly. They are quite good but, unfortunately, accidents happen. And when they do mess up or do something that doesn't "measure up" they will never admit to any wrongdoing nor will they try to make things right if it means doing it on their dime. I was very disappointed to learn that such a good dentist, whom appeared to be caring, could be so cold-hearted.
My experience was over 3 years ago and I have tried a couple of times to get Dr. Dhanani to make it right but she just refuses or ignores it. The problem occured when Dr. Dhanani's lab added a tooth to a lower partial that I had for years. I had never had any problems with it. I could eat whatever I wanted to eat without any issues. Then a little over 3 years ago Dr. Dhanani extracted a molar and then a week later I dropped my partial off with her office to have a tooth added to it.
