They were very good. There was no complaints about the food, it was good. We picked this community because of the staff, cleanliness, location. and the community overall. Everything was great. I would recommend to other families.
This has been a good experience for my loved one and family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in daily. The staff communication with the family is very good when we have questions. The cost is all inclusive and the value may be better for the residents that need more assistance.
The room that my loved one was in the second time she stayed here was carpeted and she had an accident and it was on the carpet and that didn't come out. They didn't clean it up. It was still there when we moved her out. The quality of care depended on who she had. They should have some activities after dinner. Maybe add a sewing circle or for crocheting. Art and or drawing classes. You have a hard time getting in after 5 PM. The receptionist [name removed] was very nice and the other two main ladies in the office.
I toured this facility and it was pretty nice, but the rooms were small. It didn't feel as homey. The appearance at the entryway level is very nicely done. The atmosphere felt more like a memory care facility. Cleanliness and friendliness were good.
My Doctor's Inn does not feel like a hospital or nursing home at all it feels more similar to a home like setting. There is so much space and room on the memory care floor, it is two levels so our loved one is able to walk around freely and have more opportunity to socializing. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the meals and we have not had much experience with the activities. The staff members are very friendly and have been able to keep our loved one on a strict mediation routine and have been able to really get a go... read more
This was a bigger community than we wanted. I didn't feel it would be a good fit for my loved one, overall.
Beautiful facility and good pricing structure. Willing to negotiate.
The community is lean, friendly, very responsive to questions or concerns, and thorough.
We have had a great experience so far with My Doctor's Inn. The staff members are very nice and helpful, they are great to work with. She does seem to enjoy the meals served here, she has not complained about the food. When she first got here they were doing things like hallway exercise classes, they do offer more activities now and are able to dine in the dining room. Overall, I would recommend them to others who are looking.
