I would have to say the staff are “not stuffy” they are down to earth, have a sense of humor and are knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Dr Mike is caring and thoughtful, and knows his stuff! When I had some major dental work done he has called me to follow up and see how I was recuperating. That really impressed me. My previous dentist never did that!
My family dental of Grossed Pointe is a fantastic clinic ! The dentists are very professional and knowledgeable! Sandy the hygienist is a wonderful beautiful person and knows her business ! Does an excellent job ! Bridget is very friendly and efficient as is all the other staff ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Doctor Mike is an awesome Doctot and the staff’s are very nice and friendly.
I absolutely love my family dental. The entire and I do mean each and every staff member always, professional, polite, and welcoming. I was once very afraid of the dentist but both Dr. Mike and Dr. Mike D took time and care handling my dental needs they don’t rush your care and are very educational and informative but most importantly gentle. The staff is absolutely amazing! The office is clean and welcoming, as there is always music playing! Such a simple yet important thing for someone, such as myself. I have high anxiety about the dentist but I have finally found one that eases all my fears and anxiety. Dr. Mike is absolutely amazing. So is the rest of the staff. Dr. Mike is also my 9 year olds dentist and he recently gave her some fillings. She was extremely nervous at first but he eased those fears of hers quickly by simply engaging her in conversation.
