I made an appointment for a cracked implant and cracked crown do Mike didn't attempt to put on temporary. later my oral surgeon fixed the cracked implant that Jenifer Holtzman put in he also removed. the cracked crown. Dr Mike extracted one of Dr Holtzman crown place a inauthentic in and bone bluild up. later that night I ended up in emergency. the bone build up didn't take.
