the pre appointment and post appointment were excellent including a call in the evening just to check in. Given that no one wants an implant, the entire process was handled respectfully and professionally. Would highly recommend to others.

Overall, the help I received was excellent and the staff is very good at what they do. The only thing that might make the operation more comfortable for the patient is to not have a conversation among the staff that ignores the patient. While the operation was taking place there was an ongoing talk about DVDs and movies as if I wasn't there being worked on. The only time I was addressed was to move my head.
