My very 1st impression was my first phone call to the office. Great phone person. She made feel this was the office to i wanted to come for my gum problems. Next, very relaxing office. The next big surprise was Dr Edelstein, and his assistant. They both were great and in detail on my mouth problems in terms that I understood. Dr Edelstein was honest on what procedures were needed, and the smile, and his mannerisms is one of a kind. I feel he really loves what he does with compassion.
I called & was given an appointment for the same day. Thanks to Greg for excellent service! Sue was helpful & explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand.
Outstanding practice, excellent staff! Great preparation of the appointment which took the guesswork and anxiety completely out of the equation. Excellent care, focused on the individual case!
Dr. Edelstein is very reassuring and thoughtful and the staff has also been terrific.

Wonderful photographs on walls. As a neurologist I found the twisted head was of professional interest and wished I had had the sense to take a picture of it myself. Was most impressed with Dr. Edelsteins thoughtful & creative approach to the problem.
Sue was so helpful. When I talk to her,I feel like I am talking to an old friend. I trust her opinion and appreciate the time she spent with me.
