This is for the Ontario location. Placed an online order on September 22nd. Drove in rush hour from Upland, arrived at the time it was suppose to be ready only to find out their online order system is down and it wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. Really disappointing I spent $90 for giant pizza wings and salad. The delivery showed up missing salad and wings. Called them back they said not their fault the items were put on the delivery. Girl called back 30 minutes later offered to deliver wings and salad I ask to just credit me back. She said “no” door dash would have to do that. That is Bull because a business can do that.
