My agent was very helpful I was confuse about the electricity plan because it different from Lousiana but she was able to work with me & found the best plan.
My rep Jack was awesome. He was very professional, patient in answering my questions and very thorough and detailed in explaining the product and services.

Did some research online on how to set up utilities for my first apartment. Went to myutilities.com, got the utilities I needed, and checked out. Within a day they got back to me with all the appointments I needed, and this was during a weekend! Thank you Jack for your assistance!
