Super excited to have come across Home IQ. It is like an upgraded version of the automatic home evaluations, but much smarter. I love that it ranks the homeowners on their probability of selling in the near future. I spoke with Emanuela today to get all my questions answered and she was great! Very personable and even did a few things for me on the call so that I wouldn't have to go in and do them myself later. Would definitely recommend checking out Home IQ.
