This is a tool our in-house lender provides us. I have gotten INCREDIBLE results with this tool. I have tried CMA's, market reports etc for sellers and nothing compares to this. I recently had a client ask for the value of his home. Put him in my data base and watched his activity. Once I saw he was opening his reports, I sent him a quick video introducing myself. LOVE Home IQ! This is the absolute best way to stay in front of my clients and be able to give them value. They have instant access to their home's value if they were to sell, or refinance, or simply want to pull some equity out. Can't recommend them highly enough! Best customer service out there.
