MyHomeIQ has some fantastic tools for Realtors and Agents; I am amazed at what can be achieved using these tools - I can generate home reports, Buyer & Seller leads, a fabulous marketing suite, and much, much more! In addition, the team at myHomeIQ are very, very helpful - they have regular training sessions and videos on demand. They are quick to respond when you reach out; it's almost like having your own marketing back office!! If you're not already a member of myHomeIQ, I heartily recommend you try it out!
This is one of the most comprehensive equity-watching tools on the market. And it's not just an equity checker, it also has a full service IDX home search that allows your sellers to be come potential buyers. Texas is a non-disclosure state so the values are always a little off because they can't see our MLS sold prices. However it's easy to manually update them. Once the value is updated, that value is a benchmark comp for surrounding homes moving forward. Best service I've found so far!
I am just getting started, but I am very excited about this platform. I'm always looking for ways to stay in front of past clients and sphere of influence, & I believe homeIQ is the answer. I believe it will help me to grow my business with past clients returning to use me for more transactions and it will help with lead generation.
