poor comunication!
Went through all the process, viewing, sending documents only for them to take the property off market without letting us know any feedback or that anyone was interested as well in the property. Poor communication skills, as no feedback what so ever was given

I wish i could give 0 star. We got email confirmation for a house viewing, we travelled for 40 minutes and carry a nerwborn to visit. We called and the reception said the agent would arrive in 10 minutes. Waiting for 30 minutes the agent was still not yet arrived. I called and asked the receptionist said the tenant was not there but we were just outside the house and knew that the tenant was in. I tried to clarify but the receptionist shut my phone. I hope no one would suffer this again.
