I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything was very nice! I liked everything but would have loved the patio more if it was closed in. The room was very spacious! I also liked the tile floors!

It was a great location around a lot of things to do. And it was a great place and comfortable There wasn’t any extra towels and trash bags and toilet paper but I’m not sure if that is a thing with villas..? It was nice and clean. It was close to a lot of attractions.

Unfortunately we only provide the initial day of toiletries as it states on our website, we provide a washer and dryer for the linens and towels if they are needed.
Very Good Lack of staffing no communications whatsoever promise that they're going to deliver something never gets delivered manager in the front desk is not a friendly people person The location was great it was nice that we had three pools and an indoor one

Exceptional The vacuum wasn't clean, when I turn it on the air smell horrible lime something dead in it. Definitely a dead smell. The place had all the items in condo necessary for daily use. I had a great view of sunrise, great pool, and elevator which was great for my mom that can't do stairs no more. We loved the stayed, loved how the rooms had their own full bath and showers. Thank you

Everything was great, the condo was well maintained, quiet and comfortable. After hours check-in. It was disturbing to find that anyone could walk up call the number on the door and gain access to all reservations. Peaceful and quiet, well maintained.
