Exceptional The location I stayed in was nice however there were stains on the carpet in which I called and spoke to Ashley which was nice, the room had 2 small TVs which we were unaware of as well as it wasn't as tidy The locations are very convenient to main attractions, close to get to from the highway

Exceptional The non responsiveness of my complaint. I told them the next day that one of our toilets was stopped up and no one ever came to fix the issue..it was stopped up the entire time so we were only to use one toilet. We were there for 4 days.

Great customer service. Will stay here again Out 1 bedroom place looked nothing like the photos when we booked it. Great customer service. Our 1 bedroom room we booked was horrible. Bad mold smell and the blinds out to the balcony were broke. You couldn’t go out on the balcony without blinds falling on the floor. Smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires.i called the next day after checking in and they not only changed our room, they upgraded my son and I to a 2 bedroom.
