Exceptional Maybe add a few blankets for those flying in and didn't bring one. Also extra toilet paper for those staying a week. All the different pool options,lazy river and hot tub.

All of our units are individually owned and therefore we are at the mercy of the owners as to what blankets are in the unit. Also we only provide the initial setup for toiletries as it states on the website and confirmation letter. I will add your suggestion to our property management staff, as they are always looking for ways to improve our guests stay
Excellent Staff was great with the couple issues that needed to be addressed. Location was close to Beach and attractions. Great family vacation.

It was a nice enough place but not very guest friendly.. The fact that there was only one of everything. Dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and a bar of soap . A security deposit was kept, however, there were things wrong that I took pictures of so we didn’t get blamed. Also, I called maintenance in the morning because there were bugs in the unit, they didn’t come… It was a nice condo with some issues. One was handled hours after reported.

We do hold a security deposit for all guests and are aware some units are in the process of being updated and maintenance concerns taken care of.
