comfortable, great location, needed more availability to staff and mad services maid service never came with fresh towels or refill toilet paper. being fully furnished with a coffee maker I thought there would have been complimentary coffee, creamer and sugar. we were given the wrong directions to our villa and wound up being directed to a permanent resident villa location to everything spacious

We appreciate feedback from all our guests and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletried for the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided
