Average, at best Check-in staff was not friendly or helpful. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and the rooms were decently clean. The beds were a little hard for our liking but we still slept fine. When I called after checking out to get a list of incidentals, I was told they would be emailed and I never received the email. This overall wasn't a Bad experience, but it wasn't a Good one, either.
The hotel was very close to all the top attractions and the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Biggest issue was the hotel did not enforce the 10pm-8am quiet time which was frustrating. People making loud noise 2 out of our 3 nights until 1am-2am and then babies crying in the hallway at 6am, which was very loud in the rooms.

Lauren and Nathaniel are incredible. Always impecable service and very professional. These 2 are true assets to Marriott!! On the other hand our room upon checkin was very warm . The ac was not working. Maintenance was called to our room but room was still uncomfortable. Also, ordered a welldone steak and twice was served a bloody red inside steak. This is not Marriott standard!! Disappointex
