The food downstairs in the the hotel’s restaurant is excellent.
The common areas were very cold. It was summer and the air conditioning was so high as to make it uncomfortable for the customers. Also, menus were not available to see before going into the restaurant. They were neither posted nor available at the front desk. Prices were quite high and it would have been good to see them before sitting down in the restaurant.
Pro-The woman who was bartending at the Helmsman on Friday afternoon was so friendly and accommodating and made it so enjoyable. Con- There was one coffre pod in a room with 3 people and we had to ask for a bottle of water. But otherwise happy with the housekeeping.
Very nice hotel. A little expensive.
Staff were all very nice, helpful and accommodating. The spa was amazing.
