Olivia is a gem!...however their housekeeping in guest rooms leaves much to be desired. We ordered room service for breakfast... 2 children, 2 adults.... alerted front desk that one of the beds linens got some food stains... returned to room 5 hours later... beds were made, soiled sheet was still on bed, floor still had crumbs from breakfast room service....
