Hotel was fully booked for the night and only had 1 person working a majority of the check in time I was there. Arrived at 430 to a line of 30 people waiting to check in, taking almost an hour to get through. The pool ended up with no towels and staff was nowhere to be found, we ended up using our room towels and tried to get replacements with no response from anyone. Overall a nice hotel, but the staff and service left much to be desired
Really great spot for a getaway. Spa is amazing. Eating options and cafe are solid. Room service is surprisingly amazing. Staff is first class. Recommend for sure.
Courtesy It’s not bad but, there were damaged furniture, tv volume wasn’t working, was not the same room I selected online through photos. Besides that it’s still a pretty decent place to stay.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was busy with a large dance competition, we were not a part of. The staff took great care of us.
