Excellent customer service,
Well, the representative that came out showed up so much earlier than expected (way before the time window) and expected me to be there within one hour or he would have apparently left. I was literally driving from out of state to meet him at my new apartment so hence why there is a scheduled TIME FRAME. In the end once he was done, it turned out fine but he was rushing us the whole time. Bad customer service but fine product service.

They were a tremendous help in all aspects such as the hassle and headache of going through and searching for a reliable, yet affordable power energy source. I was also assisted with cable/WiFi provider pricing & home security. With that said, I also received discounts on the cable/WiFi and home security providers.
