Elizabeth Hand convinced me to change my electric service from 10c per kwh to 15.5 per kwh. She said it was the best rate because the cost of everything was high. I just contacted the company that she recommended, and secured a fixed rate of 6.4c per kwh for 12 months! This Rep sucks and I will never use or recommend My Utilities again!
I had a horrible experience with this company. They started out very good, reaching out well before my move date. I gave the necessary information to the person who contacted me so he could set up my utilities. I never heard back from him. I had to reach out twice and through my relocation company to get anyone to get back to me. Turns out that person left the company, and no one followed up with me. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Kieria is unprofessional and horrible at her job! I had to redo everything because it was not done right but she wouldn't even let me know that!!!! I was stuck having to do it myself two days before my move because her unprofessional self could not do her job right. So much for "we do it all", couldn't even communicate better!!!!! Kieria is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional!
Used this service to setup Spectrum internet. Confirmed the cost per month, Mbps, and installation cost. Confirmed a few times with the representative all three of the items. Unfortunately the installation cost was more than quoted and when I inquired about the price difference there was no acknowledgment. All of a sudden the rep was non responsive. I received a text from these people whom I have never heard of, nor ever seen their website until after I got the text. They claimed I contacted them, I did not! This is a scam!!!
