Underground sprinkler installation and service Naiad is a very professionally run company and their service has been exemplary. The only problem we had was with the city inspection and canyon plumbing who ran the system through our water softener by mistake for year one. I have no idea how much that cost us, but Naiad had it repaired pronto as soon as they were informed.

Irrigation Winterization I got my irrigation system winterized this year by Naiad. It was very easy to set up a time for them to come out. They told me the cost upfront which was nice. They sent me a reminder email a few days before they came out and sent an invoice when they were done. I set up automatically billing with them so it was very painless. Irrigation Blow-out I have used Naiad for the past 3 seasons for winter blow-out and spring start-up of our irrigation system. The price is fair and the service is always prompt. I have never experienced any issues with Naiad and I like the ability to pay by telephone or email. I will continue to use their services.

Irrigation Install My wife and I decided to finally install an irrigation system into our front yard, back yard and garden beds. Irrigation Naiad came out to perform the winterization and they were nothing short of exceptional. There was a minor hiccup with the confirmation of the work getting done at the house. Although I was 99% certain it was completed they came out a few days later to re-do it just in case. Mistakes happen all the time...... it is really how they are handled and Naiad did great. this was our 3rd year using them.

Sprinkler winterization Thank you to Naiad for such wonderful service. Throughout the year they always kept me up to date with reminders and tips to keep my sprinkler system in top working condition. Underground Sprinkler Service Naiad has serviced our sprinkler system for the past two years. This year we had some issues with our sprinkler heads and I needed some info on the issues before having them repaired. A technician called me personally to go over the issues and was very pleasant to deal with.
