My poor nails were bruised and misshaped when an artist drilled the hard gel polish off my nails!! I like regular gel polish because it’s not hard on nails and I like to take a break every couple months by removing and leaving off the polish, but it wasn’t holding up so an artist here recommended hard gel polish which is basically liquid acrylic, but when I wanted to take a break from polish the artist didn’t remove the hard gel properly and it bruised and misshaped my nails. Showed the so called artist two different designs which he said he could do. However, once all the work was done then suddenly he did not have the skills it took to do an ombre. Then proceeded to tell me that the photos I showed him were fake nails and photoshopped. I have had ombre in the past so I don't understand the issue. They never offered me a new design or style. Also didn't discount my nails. I won't go back
Pedicure are good but the last two times I've been there the fills are bad. My fills are bad the tips of the nails break.
