I have been in the mortgage industry for over 35 years. I started my career at the Veterans Administrative in 1984 as a VA Home loan underwriter. In 1996, I left the Veterans Administration to work for Credit Union Mortgage. In 2002 I transitioned from the credit union to Suburban Mortgage Company. Buying a home is a long stressful process. Nancy made it so much easier. She was always available to answer my questions and explain things I didn't understand. My loan came in on time and I paid less at closing than I thought I would. I am grateful for all she did to make this happen!

Nancy was absolutely the best! Not only does she know her stuff, she managed the entire process professionally and was excellent in her phone, text and email availability/communication. Totally available throughout the entire process. Never had to wait long for a response and most times had the answer or information I needed instantaneously.
