We recently used Naples Flooring for our home in New Jersey. The beauty and quality of the floors speaks for themselves in the showroom, but our experience with the owner, Cristian, is what stands out. We saw the floor while on vacation in Naples, and wanted to use for our house up north. Most of their business is done more locally (I believe), so there were a few issues with getting the quantity of floor delivered so far away. Maciej Dogiel and the team provided outstanding attention and service to us. Maciej spent the better part of an afternoon showing us samples from the batch that we eventually ordered so we knew exactly what we were getting. He followed the order all the way to delivery to us.
