My Fur Baby was diagnosed with cancer. NVS was kind, compassionate and caring. They took steps to help and created a possible plan for treatment. I loved that they comforted me as well as my Fur Baby.

Excellent care!! Came home from work to find my 10 year old Mini Yorkie-poo in respiratory distress. Called NVS and explained symptoms and they said bring her on we will be waiting for her. Got there and received the best care. My fur baby spent the night and even though her problem will be life long she is doing MUCH better and hopefully will have many more quality years left. THANKS NVS for taking such great care of my baby!!
Our vet referred us to NVS. We were so impressed with the friendly and caring staff, from the techs to the doctors. Everyone seemed concerned and was willing to try and find a cure for our Icicle.

I have, unfortunately, had 2 of my sweet cats treated and ultimately put to sleep here. While very difficult, the staff couldn't have been better. Dr. Julie Burford was there for both and gave a very honest opinion of what was best for each of them, the options, the expectations, etc. I am so thankful for how kind they have been to us during 2 very trying times in our lives.

Our dog was hit by my son-in-law, both hips were affected. We brought Winnie here, and from the beginning, they informed me of everything they needed to do. They contacted me at least twice a day. Everyone there seemed to love Winnie as much as I do. I would absolutely recommend NVS for any emergent needs! Winnie has full use of one of the hips/legs, and limited of the other.
